WAVES PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
[Walking to 5 years old]
Every gymnastics journey starts somewhere - ours starts with Waves. Our preschool program takes children from their very first steps through age four across four levels: Teeny Waves and Tiny Waves, where grownups are on the floor guiding and exploring right alongside their little ones, and Mini Waves and Mighty Waves, where three- and four-year-olds take on the gymnastics floor on their own.
Through music, games, props, and circuits on age-appropriate equipment in our dedicated preschool gymnastics room, Waves builds motor skills, body awareness, coordination, and confidence - plus the listening, turn-taking, and classroom habits that set kids up for everything that comes next.
Classes are 45 minutes, and your first trial class is free. By the time Mighty Waves graduates turn five, they're ready to ride the wave straight into our Red Hearts class - and the big gym beyond.

Teeny Waves is where the gymnastics journey begins - a 45-minute class for babies who are walking and their actively participating grownups.
Through music, games, props, and guided circuits on age-appropriate gymnastics equipment, this class builds early foundations of physical fitness while nurturing fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, and coordination.
Grownups are on the floor every step of the way, making this a true shared experience between caregiver and child.

Tiny Waves is a 45-minute gymnastics class for 2-year-olds and their actively participating grownups, building on the foundations introduced in Teeny Waves.
Through music, games, props, and circuits on age-appropriate gymnastics equipment, children continue to develop motor skills, body awareness, and coordination in a fun, nurturing environment.
Grownups stay active on the floor - encouraging, assisting, and sharing in every moment.

Mini Waves is a 45-minute gymnastics class for 3-year-olds who are ready to take on the floor on their own.
Students rotate through circuits on age-appropriate gymnastics equipment in our preschool gymnastics room, building strength, agility, and real gymnastics skills alongside growing independence and social confidence.
It's a big milestone - and we love watching every child rise to meet it.

Mighty Waves is a 45-minute gymnastics class for 4-year-olds that picks up right where Mini Waves leaves off.
Students rotate through circuits on age-appropriate gymnastics equipment in our preschool gymnastics room, continuing to build strength, agility, coordination, and gymnastics skills while growing into confident, self-directed learners.
This is where preschool gymnasts truly hit their stride - and start getting ready for what comes next.
