TUMBLING

Beginning Tumbling 1

Our Tumble 1 class is the perfect starting point for beginners. In this class, students build a strong foundation by focusing on fundamental positions, strength, and rolls. Coaches assess skill accomplishment, attitude, work ethic, and confidence for progression. Students will work on skills like handstands and cartwheels, with an emphasis on safety and proper form. Tumble 1 is all about building a strong base and instilling confidence in young tumblers.

Beginning Tumbling 2

Tumble 2 is designed for those who have mastered the basics and are ready for more advanced techniques. Coaches consider skill accomplishment, attitude, work ethic, and confidence for progression. In this class, students advance their rolling skills, work on handstand holds, and refine their cartwheels. They'll also delve into front and back tumbling, setting the stage for more complex skills like round-offs and walkovers.

Intermediate Tumbling

Our Intermediate Tumbling class is the bridge between beginner and advanced tumbling. Coaches evaluate skill accomplishment, attitude, work ethic, and confidence for progression. Students in this class focus on handstands, flexibility, rolls, and more advanced tumbling skills like front handsprings and back handsprings. This level challenges students to refine their techniques and begin connecting different tumbling skills for a more fluid routine.

Advanced Tumbling

The Advanced Tumbling class is for experienced tumblers looking to take their skills to the next level. Coaches consider skill accomplishment, attitude, work ethic, and confidence for progression. In this class, students will work on complex handstand variations, splits, and back extension rolls. The focus shifts to mastering advanced front and back tumbling skills and connecting sequences to create dynamic routines. Students exceeding these capabilities will have the opportunity to explore even more advanced skills and drills.

High School Beginning Tumbling

Our High School Beginner Tumbling class combines elements from Beginner 1 and Beginner 2, making it an ideal starting point for those new to tumbling or seeking to strengthen their foundational skills.
