Sunday Party Blocks begin at 10AM, 12PM, and 2PM on Sundays and last for one hour and 30 minutes. These parties occur during regularly schedule class times, and therefore the gym space is shared. The first hour is spent out in the gym with coach-led instruction and games, and the next 30 minutes are meant for celebrations with food, cake, and gifts. A private, roped-off area of the mezzanine will be reserved for the party for the duration of the party block. The last 30 minutes are set aside for clean up and reset of the party area. A host will help with setup and cleanup.

Private Gym Parties take place after regular business hours on Saturdays at 5PM and 7PM, and on Sundays at 4PM and 6PM. The entire 16,000 sq ft gym and party mezzanine are reserved for your group! Like a '“2HR Party Block”, the first hour is led by coaches, and the later hours are dedicated to social party time and cleanup. A host and an adequate number of Pacific Reign Coaches will be on hand to help with setup, cleanup, and any other party needs. Private Gym Parties are also good for groups of adults without kids.

Parties can be booked directly on the Parent Portal. Organizers will need to provide any food, drinks, utensils, and decorations. If the party has a theme, TV screens can be personalized if directions are given in advance.

Parties are easy to book on our online portal. To access the portal, you simply need to register. Class enrollment or “membership” is not required. Due to high demand, we recommend booking your party as soon as possible. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

Yes! Waivers are required for all participants. Parents of each child participant need to create an account and accept the waiver policies online prior to the time of the party.

When considering the attire to wear at a birthday party, ensure your attire will not be tripped on, will not be revealing when going upside down or lifting your arms and lower body attire should not be loose fitting.

This add-on allows your group to bring beer and wine for consumption in your private roped-off party area of the mezzanine. Alcoholic beverages must be provided by the host and cannot be sold. Washington State rules and Pacific Reign gym rules must be followed. For more information, see our Banquet Permit page for all rules and required forms.

• Upgrading the child party size within 1 week of the reserved day of the party will incur a $60/coach fee.

• Date/Time change within 1 week of the reserved day of the party will incur a $75/change fee.

• Cancellation at least 30 days prior to the reserved day of the party can be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee.

• Cancellation between 8-29 days prior to the reserved day of the party can be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellation within 7 days of the reserved party date is non-refundable.
