Cost: $200/5-Week Session, $30 Trial

A 55-minute introductory gymnastics class learning basic skills on the six men's artistic gymnastics events: vault, high bar, floor, pommel horse, parallel bars and rings. Emphasis on developing strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence. No/minimal (under 12 months of) gymnastics experience needed.

🤸 PRE-TEAM BOYS GYMNASTICS

Duration: 90 Min, 2x per week
Cost: $285/Month

What is the Boys Pre-Team?
The pre-team is designed to serve as a bridge between recreational classes and a future competitive boys team. This program will introduce higher training consistency, structure, and expectations, while still focusing on long-term development and enjoyment of gymnastics.

This pre-team initiative is a key part of our preparation for launching a full boys program at our new Lynnwood home. As we design this new facility, our goal is to thoughtfully and intentionally build one of the best gymnastics training environments in the country, with the resources, space, and coaching to support long-term athlete development. We’re also excited to share that we already have nationally recognized coaches on board and coming to Pacific Reign for the 2026–2027 season. Additional details about the coaches and the broader boys program will be announced in spring 2026.
